Today is a great day! I have a spring in my step, and not just because it's spring in Alabama! I have just made up my first batch of one of my new-to-be-favs! Roses. I love roses. My Grandmother Gooch always smelled like roses. Her lotion came in a big, pink plastic bottle with a beautiful red rose on the front. I don't remember what kind it was or have no idea where she got it...I wish I could ask her, but I know that smell, and it smelled like her.
So now I have taken the best of what makes hands and feet feel like silk, and added rose absolute to naturally scent it. Not only that, but I went out and cut my FIRST rose of the season, dried and ground it, and added it as well. The scrubbing part is brought to you by the trifecta of nourishing salts: dead, pink, and Epsom. The moisturizing comes from coconut, apricot, grapeseed, almond, and sunflower oils, with a dash of organic jojoba and rosehip oil. And of course, it would not be complete without the lavender...buds and infused oils from the plants on my farm. Tick-tock til July! Can't wait until this year's harvest! I'm feeling my soft hands right now. Heavenly.
Net. Wt. 4 oz. jar ($10)
